Another day in May, another three competitive games. This is a day when we've never lost a game. It's also a day when Mixu missed a penalty against Hearts at a time when our dominance over them was nearly absolute. A mere three years ago, hard as that is to believe.
The hibs team three years ago today was: Colgan, Smith, Sauzee, Lehmann, Lovell, O'Neil, Jack, Arpinon (Brebner), Murray, Paatelainen, Libbra (Zitelli) Subs not used: Westwater, McManus, O'Connor
The Attendance was: 8913 and Mixu missed a last minute penalty after Thomas Flogel was sent off. I remember kicking the fence at the front of the East Terrace in frustration. Quite possibly the last time I got so worked up during a game.
