About

"Scotland is definitely still an ambition. Every Scot wants to be involved with the national squad. But only my performances for Hibs can dictate what happens to me at that level. It's all I can control. A number of players would like to be involved but our performances and manager's opinion dictate whether or not we make it."

"I spent five years in England and very much enjoyed my time there. It was a great learning curve to play under so many different managers and with so many good players. I was glad I took the opportunity and even though I was in no hurry to come back up the road after Watford I was glad when the chance arrived."

"I'm enjoying my football a lot but everyone has their own decisions to make and I will not criticise anything Barry Ferguson has done. He has come back to a great club, even though he left a good one as well. A lot of people don't see what goes on down south and think you hate it or aren't playing well, simply because your name isn't in the paper every day."

"I enjoyed my time there but I'm enjoying it back here, probably even more so. I've not yet won at Ibrox in my career so hopefully, Hibs will go there and do as well as we believe we can. I'm pleased to be injury free and hopefully playing well enough to stay in the team. Last year I went in for a knee op that went wrong."

"It was a minor op but it didn't get repaired and the timescale for making a comeback doubled. Ask the surgeon if mistakes were made or not - he's the expert. I had to go elsewhere for another op and the doc managed to fix the problem. Thankfully, I managed to get back to fitness just as the new manager came into the club."
